Mountain Dry Gin
Anthracite Gin & Tonic
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Mountain Dry Gin
- 2 slices cucumber
- A healthy pinch of fresh mint
Make it:
Muddle gin, cucumber & mint together. Strain, add ice & your preferred tonic. Enjoy garnished with a sprig of mint.

Mountain Dry Gin
Goldwyn's Odessey
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Mountain Dry Gin
- 1 oz Apple cider
- 1 oz Cranberry Juice
- .75 oz Strong Earl Grey tea
- .5 oz Cinnamon Demerara Syrup*
Make it:
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake & strain into a coupe.
* Cinnamon Demerara Syrup: heat 1:1 Demerara sugar and water on the stove top with 1-2 cinnamon sticks. Simmer with lid the on for 5 minutes. Remove from heat, stir until sugar is dissolved. Cool before use.

Mountain Dry Gin | Red Lady Bitter Liqueur
Negroni
Ingredients:
- 1 oz Mountain Dry Gin
- 1 oz Red Lady Bitter Liqueur
- 1 oz Sweet Red Vermouth
Make it:
Stir all ingredients with ice in a mixing tin. Strain and serve over a king cube. Best garnished with a fresh, expressed orange peel.

Old Tim Gin '26 | Red Lady Bitter Liqueur

Ingredients:
- 1 oz Old Tim Gin '26
- 3/4 oz Red Lady Bitter Liqueur
- 1 1/2 oz Grapefruit juice
- 3/4 oz Lemon juice
- 3/4 oz Simple syrup

Anthracite Vodka
Moroccan Mule
Ingredients:
2 oz Anthracite Vodka
1 oz Moroccan Spice Syrup*
3/4 oz Fresh lime juice
Ginger beer
Make it:
Add vodka, syrup and lime juice to glass. Fill the glass with ice and top with ginger beer.
* Moroccan Spice Syrup: boil 1 cup of water and add 1/2 tsp dried ginger. Allow to steep for an hour. Add 3 allspice berries, 2 black peppercorns, 2 cloves,2 green cardamom pods and 2 grams coriander. Blend together and strain. Mix your spiced water with equal parts Demerara sugar.

Anthracite Vodka | White Creme de Cacao
Arabian Nights
Ingredients:
2 oz coffee-Infused Anthracite Vodka*
3/4 oz White Creme de Cacao
3/4 oz Coffee concentrate or fresh espresso
3/4 oz Date syrup
Make it:
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake & strain into a coupe rimmed with unrefined sugar.
* Coffee-infused vodka: Infuse your vodka with course ground coffee for 1 hour. We use 28 grams per 750ml bottle. Strain through a coffee filter.

Classic Gin Gimlet
Ingredients:
2 oz Mountain Dry Gin
3/4 oz Fresh lime juice
3/4 oz Simple syrup
Make it:
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake & strain into a coupe. Garnish with a fresh or dehydrated lime wheel.

Mountain Dry Gin
Strawberry Basil G&T
Ingredients:
2 oz Mountain Dry Gin
2 fresh strawberries
3 sprigs fresh basil
Make it:
Add gin and fresh strawberries and basil to a mixing glass. Muddle then double strain into your preferred G&T glass. Top with fresh ice and tonic water.

Mountain Dry Gin
Gossamer Greyhound
Ingredients:
1.5 oz Mountain Dry Gin
3/4 oz Rosemary simple syrup
1 oz Grapefruit juice
1 oz Egg white
3 drops of 10% saline solution
Make it:
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Shake without ice first, then add ice and shake a second time. Double strain into a coupe and garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
