Old Tim Gin 2026 was born from a simple question: what happens when those beloved notes find their way into gin? The answer is a unique twist on a typical beverage. Brewing meets distilling.

This year's 51 bottle-batch includes Bulgarian juniper, Chinook Hops cones, lemon and grapefruit peel, Cubeb berries, angelica & orris root. The result is a bold, hop-forward flavor with versatile citrus notes and a grounded earthy finish.
